A connected account is one Shopify store, Stripe account, TikTok Shop store, GA4 account connection, or database connection. Multiple GA4 properties under one connection count once. CSV and Excel files do not use this quota.
Free refreshes daily, Pro refreshes hourly, and Team refreshes every 30 minutes. Team also includes manual refresh. Webhooks from supported providers may update records sooner, but they do not change the scheduled sync frequency.
Free makes the most recent 30 days visible. Pro and Team can analyze the history that has been synchronized and retained for each account. Initial imports and recovery of a sync gap depend on provider access: Shopify currently supports up to 60 days under the available order scope, Stripe starts with a 90-day import window, GA4 supports configured windows up to 365 days, and TikTok Shop availability varies by API access. We do not promise one universal history period across providers.
Free includes 10 questions per day, Pro includes 200, and Team includes 500. A question means an analysis request, including follow-up turns in the same conversation.
No. Team is currently a higher-capacity individual plan. It does not include member invitations, shared workspaces, or seat-based collaboration.
Yes. Inzite synchronizes necessary business data into its own storage so it can support workspace analysis and scheduled refreshes. The MVP infrastructure is hosted in the United States, including DigitalOcean NYC3. Conversations and synced data are not used to train AI models. When disconnecting a source, you can choose to retain synchronized data for continued analysis or delete it, subject to legal, security, and backup retention requirements.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month or annual, with no long-term contract. Cancel in settings and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
