Account information: name, email address, organization name, and authentication credentials when you register for an account.

Connected data source metadata: OAuth tokens, API keys, schema information, and identifiers for third-party services you connect (e.g. Shopify, Stripe, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).

Usage data: your questions and conversations with the AI agent, generated reports, uploaded files, and interaction events.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies required for the service to function.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Inzite service, including running AI analyses on your behalf.

To process billing and manage your subscription.

To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

To comply with legal obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the service you have signed up for.

Legitimate interests: improving our product, preventing fraud, and ensuring security.

Consent: where you have explicitly opted in, for example to marketing communications.

Legal obligation: where we are required to process data by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of processors, strictly to operate the service:

Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) — hosting and storage.

Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) — billing and subscription management.

AI model providers — processing your questions to generate analyses. We do not allow providers to use your data for model training.

Third-party platforms you connect (Shopify, Stripe, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) — we query these on your behalf using credentials you provide.

Legal compliance — when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes).

Source data from connected platforms is queried on demand and is not permanently stored in our systems.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data.

You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to withdraw consent at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

As a Singapore-incorporated company serving a global user base, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including Singapore, the European Union, and the United States.

Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure your data receives adequate protection.

We use strictly necessary cookies to authenticate you and keep you signed in.

We may use first-party analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website. These can be disabled through your browser settings.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Inzite is not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, notify you via email or in-app notice.
