Terms of Service

By registering for or using Inzite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Inzite is an AI-powered data analysis platform that connects to third-party data sources and lets users query their data using natural language.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practical.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Inzite.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public areas of the service; (d) abuse rate limits or cost caps; (e) resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

The Inzite service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Datahunter Technology Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to data you upload to or connect with Inzite ("Your Data").

You grant us a limited license to access, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the service.

We will not use Your Data to train AI models, and we will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Inzite integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Inzite generates analyses using AI models, which may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for verifying any insight before acting on it.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datahunter Technology Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Datahunter Technology Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
